Glass Potato Chips, so Crunchy…!!!!

In February, the Vancouver Sun published a recipe for glass potato chips (don’t worry, no real glass involved, just some cool techniques). Then, several months later, the folks over at Instructables tweaked the recipe slightly, and included step-by-step photos, for those that want to replicate the process at home.

To make these chips you don’t actually need any fancy ingredients — just potatoes, salt, olive oil, water and potato starch. Despite the time-consuming process, the taste is apparently “amazing.”
